With over 30 years experience in business ownership, and almost 2 decades in HR, I bring practical, real world perspective to leadership development. I’ve led teams, built businesses from the ground up, navigated growth seasons, and managed complex people challenges. I understand the pressures leaders face.

My approach is holistic. I don’t focus on compliance or strategy in isolation. I help leaders to manage people with a balanced blend of influence and authority. By building clarity and confidence, they strengthen their teams, foster accountability, and create cultures where ownership is embraced at every level.
